Cheezo Pizza ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Cheezo website, mobile app, ordering services, customer account features, delivery or pickup services, payment handoff pages, notifications, and support channels.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, phone number, email address, password, delivery address, order notes, selected menu items, order history, payment method choice, and messages you send to us for support.
When you use the Cheezo mobile app, we may also collect app-related information such as device identifiers used for push notifications, app version, device type, sign-in status, restaurant selection, cart details, and basic usage events needed to operate and secure the service.
If you choose delivery or use location features, we may collect your delivery address and, when permission is granted, approximate or precise location information to help fill or confirm your delivery details. You can control location permission from your device settings.
How We Use Information
We use your information to create and manage your account, process orders, calculate totals and delivery details, send orders to the kitchen or restaurant team, provide order updates, support delivery and pickup, respond to customer support requests, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain security, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.
If push notifications are enabled, we use notification tokens to send important service messages such as order status, payment status, delivery updates, and account or restaurant notices. You can disable notifications from your device settings.
Payments
Cheezo may support cash, pickup, delivery, or external payment options depending on restaurant settings. Online payment processing, where available, may be handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers or banking credentials in the Cheezo app.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with restaurant staff, delivery staff, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics or notification service providers, and other service providers only as needed to operate Cheezo, fulfill your order, provide support, improve reliability, or meet legal requirements.
Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Account passwords are stored in protected form, and app sessions use access tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
Your Choices and Rights
You may update account details in the app where available. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some order, payment, security, or transaction records may be retained where required for business, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
Children's Privacy
Cheezo is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
International Processing
Your information may be processed and stored on servers or services located outside your country. By using Cheezo, you understand that your information may be handled in locations where privacy laws may differ from those in your region.
